Whether you’re flying into Launceston for a weekend getaway, travelling from elsewhere in Tasmania, or live right around the corner and need a staycation, the Sundays at Seven package invites you to indulge in the most delicious Sunday evening. Spend the night with us and, though Stillwater Restaurant takes its Sunday rest, your dinner plans are very much covered by our very good friends at nearby Havilah Wine Bar.
Inclusive of an early Sunday check-in, a bottle of Tasmanian sparkling wine and Tasmanian chocolate hamper on arrival, locally-sourced in-suite breakfast provisions, and a late check-out to make the most of a slow Monday morning, this is the usual Stillwater Seven boutique luxury experience, made even better with the food and wine that the locals love most.
