Bianca Chellis

Like James, Front of House Manager and partner Bianca Chellis honed her hospitality careers at Stillwater and with years of guidance and training now leads the Front of House teams at both Stillwater and Black Cow.

Kim Seagram

To add age, experience and wisdom to the partnership, original Stillwater developers Rod Ascui and Kim Seagram assist the team in their roles as Business and Marketing/PR Managers respectively.

Craig Will

Executive chef Craig Will spent the last few years working and gaining experience in restaurants interstate and then in Hobart before being lured home to take on his first business partnership and Head Chef position at Stillwater's sister operation Black Cow Bistro in 2008.

James Welsh

Sommelier James Welsh, also a partner in the business, honed his hospitality career at Stillwater and with years of guidance and training now leads the Front of House teams at both Stillwater and Black Cow.
